Client Account Manager

Overview

VTDI is currently seeking candidates for our Client Account Manager (CAM) position. CAMs will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, experience in process development and implementation, outstanding oral / written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a large matrixed organization. The CAM will work with the leadership team of 10-20 accounts that are of strategic importance to VTDI, and will act as the single point of contact for all account operations related requests and activities. Focused in one industry, the CAM will develop deep knowledge of their account(s), industry/sector, the client(s) and their business issues. For deployment, professional development and community building purposes each CAM will have an industry major and a geography minor designation.

Job Summary

The CAM will perform a wide variety of activities from advanced analytical tasks to account operations to account-based marketing. The CAM will lead initiatives and the execution of account operations activities, co-facilitate meetings, plan for and coordinate key client events, and develop client-ready deliverables and marketing materials.
