Acceptance
By enrolling and providing credit card details, you agree to these terms, thereby authorizing the provider to charge the full course fee or agreed installment to the designated card.
- Valid Payment Method: You warrant legal authorization and accuracy for the provided credit card details.
- Immediate Charge: Your initial course fee or first installment will be charged to your credit card on or soon after the agreed date stated in your signed installment contract.
Security
Credit card details are collected over a secure link, and providers typically do not store your full card details themselves, relying on secure, third-party payment processors.
Full Payment
If paying in full, access to online materials is usually granted within 7 working days upon successful payment confirmation.
Installment Plans
If you opt for an installment plan: You agree to make the predetermined number of payments on the specified due dates.
Failure to Pay
In the event of a failed payment (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), you will receive three payment reminder notifications via email within 15 days of the amount due date.
If the outstanding amount is not settled within 15 days, your access to the course will be suspended until the payment is made.
Fees and Taxes:
- Pricing: All course fees are as advertised on the website at the time of payment.
- Taxes: All applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed charges will be added to the course fee where required by law.
- Currency/Foreign Exchange: If your payment is processed in a currency different from your card’s billing currency, your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees or apply different exchange rates, for which the course provider is not responsible.
General Eligibility for Refund:
Trainees may request a refund within 2 days of making the payment for the first installment.
Once the trainee has received the course materials and access to the online portal, the payment will be non-refundable.
- Attendance (1-2 modules): Trainees are responsible for 50% of the course fee.
- Extensive Attendance (more than 2 modules): Trainees are responsible for the full course fee.
